BARŌ — Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BARŌ, each piece is hand-painted and made-to-order. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order, as our production process begins shortly after purchase.

1. Cancellations

Spain (Domestic Orders)

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours after the purchase is completed.
  • After this time, cancellations are no longer possible, as the order enters production or preparation.

International Orders

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 30 minutes after purchase.
  • After this period, the order enters international processing and logistics and cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

Spain (Domestic Orders)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 5 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
  • Items must be:
    • New, unworn, and unwashed
    • Odor-free
    • With original tags attached
    • In perfect condition
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

  • We do not accept international returns due to the high cost of return shipping and import fees.
  • In exceptional cases, if the customer agrees to fully cover all return shipping costs to Spain, we may evaluate the return request.
  • Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In these cases, BARŌ covers all associated costs.

3. Size Exchanges

Spain (Domestic Orders)

  • Size exchanges are allowed within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • The customer covers the return shipping cost to BARŌ.
  • BARŌ covers the outbound shipping of the replacement item once the original piece has been received and inspected.

International Orders

  • Size exchanges are accepted; however, the customer must cover:
    • Shipping costs to return the item to Spain
    • Shipping costs for the replacement item back to their country

  • The item must be unworn, in perfect condition, and with tags attached.
  • Size exchanges do not apply to custom or made-to-order pieces.

4. Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces

  • All personalized, custom, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
  • No cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted.
  • Warranty applies only if the item arrives defective or with a workmanship error attributable to BARŌ.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

BARŌ is fully responsible if your order arrives:

  • Defective
  • Torn or damaged
  • In a size different from what was ordered
  • Missing items

In these cases:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, including photo and/or video evidence.
  • BARŌ will offer either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the situation.

6. Exchanges Due to Color or Personal Preference

We do not accept exchanges or returns for reasons such as:

  • “It doesn’t look how I expected”
  • “I don’t like the color”
  • “It wasn’t what I imagined”

Exchanges only apply in cases of damage or sizing issues, under the conditions outlined above.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • Orders cancelled within the allowed cancellation timeframe
  • Verified defects or damage
  • Incorrect product sent by mistake

8. Fabrics, Materials & Inventory

  • Some fabrics, materials, and colors are limited edition.
  • We cannot guarantee availability for future exchanges, reproductions, or restocks of the same piece.
