A pre-order means that your piece is made especially for you after the drop closes. Production begins once all orders are confirmed, allowing us to craft each item with care and intention.
When will my order be shipped?
Production typically takes 4–6 weeks after the drop ends. Once your order is completed, it will be shipped immediately. Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.
Can you guarantee an exact delivery date?
Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. We always do our best to meet estimated timelines and will keep you informed throughout the process.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Yes, cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase (Spain) and within 30 minutes for international orders. After this time, the order enters production and cannot be cancelled.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All drop pieces are final sale due to their made-to-order nature. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. We will offer a replacement or full refund depending on the situation.
Are all BARŌ pieces exactly the same?
No. Each piece is hand-painted, which means slight variations in color, brushstrokes, and texture are natural and part of the uniqueness of each item.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to represent colors accurately. However, due to screen settings and the hand-painted process, slight variations may occur.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address changes are only possible within the cancellation window. After that, we cannot guarantee changes, as orders move into production and fulfillment.
